Please email or give us a call on 0113 328 0346 before returning any item as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

If you are not 100% happy with your items, you can return your order to us for a full refund.

Returned items must arrive with us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure that you use adequate packing materials to ensure the goods are not damaged during return transit.

Please obtain a certificate of posting when you return your items. These are available free of charge at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should the parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

We will advise you when your exchange or refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in full (including postage charges).
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Lost Order

If your order hasn't arrived, first of all view your order online by signing into Your Orders. If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email, or call us on 0113 328 0346 between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week.
